Oscar Segura

Manager of Philanthropy

Oscar was born in Mexico, raised in Manteca, and started his professional career in Stockton 14 years ago. He also spent two years in New York City where his fundraising career started at The Paley Center for Media. He received his non-profit management certification from University of the Pacific, and is currently in school at San Joaquin Delta College. Oscar brings experience in special events, fundraising, donor recognition, stewardship, and marketing.

Oscar is responsible for implementing an Annual Giving program to support St. Joseph's Medical Center and its affiliates, including its grateful patient and employee giving programs, direct mail, special events, and community outreach. Oscar is passionate about improving the quality of life for folks in our community through fundraising.
