Donate to the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at St. Joseph's
Why It Matters
The biggest challenge for our community is the lack of physicians - particularly specialists - to serve the growing needs of San Joaquin County. Growing our own physicians is the only sustainable solution to this problem. The inaugural Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at St. Joseph's Medical Center empowers us to train the much-needed specialists to advance our orthpaedic care mission.
The Immediate Need
In partnership with St. Joseph's Medical Center, Alpine Orthopaedic Medical Group has hired an Orthopaedic Surgery Research Associate. This position collaborates with the resident team to design and execute studies, provide data analysis, literature review and assist our faculty in ongoing clinical research projects.
Unlike most programs that are housed in traditional university settings, we do not have the full scope of institutional resources to support the educational and research endeavors that are necessary to fulfill our teaching mission and maintain our accreditation. The Orthopaedic Surgery Research Associate is a critical component of sustaining our residency program.
